Properly maintaining your RV is key to its systems running efficiently and getting the most out of it. All pricing includes our service call fee if you are within a 20 mile radius. For jobs outside the radius, there will be an additional $1/mile charge. The following are maintenance services we provide:

• A/C cleaning and maintenance. For every square inch of dirty coil, the inside temperature of your RV is raised a quarter of a degree! Our A/C cleaning service includes cleaning the cleaning both the condenser coil and evaporator coil. We use a non-toxic cleaner for the evaporator coil, which is found inside your RV. Our maintenance add-on package includes testing the capacitor (replacing the capacitor is an additional charge) and doing a Delta T test to test the efficiency of your unit.

  • A/C cleaning service - $150 for the first unit, $75 for each additional unit on the same roof.

  • A/C maintenance add-on package - $50

  • The additional charge for replacing the capacitor, while we are already there cleaning the A/C unit, would only be the cost of the part. Price of the capacitor depends on the make of AC unit.

• Tank Cleaning. Not sure what’s lurking in your waste tanks…let us clean them out! From normal usage you can get a build up in your tanks that will affect the capacity of them and also cause odor problems inside your RV. By cleaning your tank with high pressure water, you will not only remove the buildup, but will also clean the tank filling sensors. This service is clean and self contained. You will need to have full sewer hook-up and water access at your campsite. Since all RV’s are plumbed differently, we cannot guarantee access to all of your tanks. There is no charge if we can’t access your tank.

  • $175 for the first tank

  • $75 for each additional tank

• Roof Sealant Inspection. Not wanting to go up on your roof for a look? Let us do it for you! This would include checking roof membrane and checking sealant around anything that penetrates the roof (e.g. antennae, plumbing vents, skylights, etc.)

  • $150 - This includes diagnosing and discussing any problems. Making any repairs is an additional cost.

• Winterizing Service. When the camping season is over, you may need to winterize your RV to reduce the risk of damage from freezing temperatures. Our winterizing service includes draining the hot water heater, draining the fresh water system and running antifreeze through all water supply lines and traps. We will also remove any RV batteries if customer desires to store them in a conditioned room for the winter.

  • $275 - this price includes the cost of RV safe antifreeze.

Whether you are on a weekend camping trip or are full-time RVers, when something breaks we can help get you back to your adventures! We offer certified mobile RV tech services. Our repair service call is $150 to come out and diagnose the problem within a 20 mile radius(an additional $1/mile charge after the first 20 miles). We will then provide an estimate of the repair work needed. Please note, the service call fee and hourly rate increases by $25/hour for after hours emergency calls. Prior to our new life as full time RVers, we had a home remodeling business for over 30 years. We would like to offer this unique service to our fellow RVers! Perhaps you need some minor updating to an older RV or you just don’t like the faucets your new RV came with, we have you covered. We will come to your RV and assess the remodeling work you would like done. We will provide an estimate of the labor costs. The customer will provide materials. We can provide links to materials that will work if necessary. Remodeling work is dependent on campground rules. Fee for assessment and estimate is $125 within a 20 mile radius (an additional $1/mile charge after the first 20 miles).
